Planning a group event or birthday party?
​Upstate Pinball & Arcade Museum is available for your private group event or party. Bring your swim team or little league team, or celebrate your birthday with us! On request, tables and chairs are available for set up. 2 hours of free play in a closed setting for up to 15 people is $225 plus tax ($238.50). Additional guests may be added for $10 per person. Contact us for more information. Parties are only available during non operating hours.

If you are requesting a Saturday morning party please be prepared to leave at 11:45. Your party will not be over but it will need to be fully cleaned up because the Museum opens to the public promptly at noon.

Due to the no drinks policy inside the museum I will allow the smaller size (single serving) bottles of water allowed. Please do not bring anything else. If we see anything else you will be asked to keep it up front near the door.

Payment in full is required before your date is considered reserved. We regret we are unable to hold dates without payment in full. We are now sending invoices via text or email for payment.

HOW TO REQUEST DATE: Fill out the form below with your requested date and time and a rough guest count. We will then create and issue an invoice which you can pay for online. Once we receive payment you will receive a text with a screen capture of your information in our Google Calendar. Please respond with a yes if all the information is correct. Your party is now booked.

CLOSED Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Please keep in mind these machines are over 30 years old and many of the video games are 40 years and older. Please ask your guests to respect the games as if they were your own. Parts for many of these games are hard to find.

* We have a cooler for items that need refrigeration but DO NOT have a freezer.
